Twin bed offered to single person. Food delivery guy was stopped at gate but would had appreciated if the parcel could had been collected and handed over to my room.i was unwell but had to go out to the gate and collect the parcel.Shower was broken

Very big Good room, comfortable. Beds were good. Good experience.
Bathroom drains were chocked. Floor was not properly cleaned. House keeping did not clean up despite request. Breakfast could have been much better.

Ambience, Comfort, Hospitable staff. Pleasure to stay.
Quality of breakfast not upto the mark. Last time I stayed it was very good. House was full dishes were cold. Many dishes after finishing were not refilled. Toaster was not functioning properly.

What was the highlight of The Central Park
An adequate business hotel with rooftop pool. Note the 'spa' is a spa treatment centre not spa pool.
Location is very close to the train station which was handy for us. There is an awesome rooftop pool. Room was clean and comfortable. No major issues, would probably stay again. Staff were generally very friendly.
No major issues... just small ones: there wasn't much of a 'vibe' at the hotel at all - it seems set up for business travellers. We stayed for two nights and didnt realise breakfast was included - this was never explained at check-in and it we stayed at a number of places consecutively so it is hard to remember which hotel has this included and which doesnt. I asked for water to be delivered to the room one night and it never arrived. Restaurant seemed a bit substandard - many things on the menu werent available when we had a late dinner, and almost everything had run out when we turned up for the breakfast buffet (admittedly towards the end of the breakfast window).
