On all four days of our stay, there was a shortage of towels etc as the laundry was delayed

Nice hotel with pool on the roof,close to the metro station,and 20 minutes in to town.

Cricket ground was to far from anywhere

Location is very close to the train station which was handy for us. There is an awesome rooftop pool. Room was clean and comfortable. No major issues, would probably stay again. Staff were generally very friendly.

No major issues... just small ones: there wasn't much of a 'vibe' at the hotel at all - it seems set up for business travellers. We stayed for two nights and didnt realise breakfast was included - this was never explained at check-in and it we stayed at a number of places consecutively so it is hard to remember which hotel has this included and which doesnt. I asked for water to be delivered to the room one night and it never arrived. Restaurant seemed a bit substandard - many things on the menu werent available when we had a late dinner, and almost everything had run out when we turned up for the breakfast buffet (admittedly towards the end of the breakfast window).

Need to overhaul the whole place - the property was built many years back and they should spend money to make it modern day ...

The overall room especially the beds should have been better

Hotel had some conference/ meet on same floor. So at night, after event, till very late at night, people were moving stuff etc. So it was very noisy. At around 2am, I had to call reception and complain. Then the noise stopped & I could sleep

The hotel staff was very nice and friendly

Convenience of commute due to the location was the main reason I stayed there. The breakfast was decent. Can be better though and the staff can be more courteous in handling of requests.

The property only had staircase. No lifts around. It is not so friendly for elderly. Had to request someone to get my luggage up which should have come from them. Also limited variety of breakfast.

Bellboy and security

For four people occupancy, they charged nearly 8,000 with a double occupancy room. And didn’t even bother to ask how we would sleep in that small room. They should have given two rooms.

Toilets are smelly. Rooms are damp and not hygienic. Definitely not a 4 star.
